Had an amazing stay near all attractions, especially LOVED the warm AC rooms with soft linens! the spa facility exceeded photos. Would choose this place again!

Staff were top-notch, very friendly and always aiming to make us feel cozy, especially Reza and Omar. The central location was superb, just a stone's throw from delicious eateries. Rooms were spotless, and Yahya guided us smoothly for our airport transfer, preventing a missed flight. 👍 Swimming pool was refreshingly clean and peaceful, enhancing relaxation. However, the overall dining experience could have a wider variety for a more fulfilling stay.

Exceptional personnel is from the bell team to the receptionist. Plenty of options for breakfast including bread, eggs, pancakes and croissants.

Everything was first-class, accommodating staff, stunning views of most rooms. Outstanding food including an exceptional breakfast with eggs, croissants, breads and pancakes. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Beach.

the hotel is very clean - with spacious and comfy rooms. and it's super close to all the main sights like hagia sophia and the blue mosque. i got great local tips from ismail - who went out of his way to make sure i had a good time.

The hotel was well-maintained with lots of brand-new rooms. Attentive staff and central location.

Istanbul has mad historic vibes, and me and my friends were lit checking out the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar near the hotel. The rooms were chill - two singles for the squad and a double for the 'rents. Perfect base after wild days exploring.

Ngl, we'd love a lit hangout spot in the hotel, some place young peeps can vibe and chill.

I had a wonderful stay at this lively hotel. All very good : staff and location. I ate breakfast in the terrace and loved eggs, breads, pancakes and croissants. The bedroom was separate. Set adjacent to the grand bazaar in the super nice area. They had a quick check-in too.

The venue is clean, with wonderful location not far from Blue mosque and many tourist attractions and Istanbul. Accommodating personnel from the bell team to the receptionist and great food. The very quick check-in process too.

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! the staff, from the bell team to the receptionists, were all incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel at home right away. the location is superb, situated conveniently near the top attractions like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia Museum, allowing me to explore the historic area easily. the spa lounge was a haven of relaxation, and the full body massage I indulged in was top-notch. Special shoutout to the attentive staff members who made my stay memorable: Cuneyt, and Erhan.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the noise level in the dining area above the family rooms. In the mornings, the noise from chairs and tables being moved made it challenging to sleep in after 6 am.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel provided luxurious amenities that fulfilled our every need. the service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. the Spa & Wellness centre was a true highlight and we particularly enjoyed the sauna and massage services.

One specific situation stands out where the manager and bell captain helped us find a better room. They showed us different options and recommended a room on the 2nd floor, much quieter and more comfortable.

The hotel's central location allowed for easy access to historic sites and markets; the attentive staff, notably Mr Okan, ensured a comfortable stay. The spacious penthouse room was peaceful with excellent amenities. The array of relaxation options, such as spa treatments and a swimming pool, enhanced our experience. Nearby landmarks like the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace provided enriching family bonding moments.

Narrow street access for vehicles

After a tiring day exploring Istanbul's historic wonders from the heart of the old town, our family found the two single beds for the kids and the comfortable double bed for us parents to be functional and practical for our needs. The hotel's location allowed us to discover the fascinating stories hidden in every corner of the historical peninsula, making our stay truly enriching and memorable.

My wife says that a children's play area or activities would have been a great addition for families with kids.

Loved the options provided by The Konuk Concierge to experience local delicacies, go on private yacht tours, and even helicopter tours. Sura Hotel offered a unique and culturally rich experience. The massage I chose was so relaxing, it was like floating on a cloud.

The general areas, like the pillarless Winter Garden, are well-lit with natural daylight, offering a calming setting for relaxation and socializing. Accessibility for senior people is excellent, with easy navigation through the hotel and assistance from the courteous staff, making it a comfortable stay for older guests.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is clearer signage for directions, as it can sometimes be confusing for the children of the staff to find their way around the hotel.
